Saturday Lunch

Okay, lunch was great. We had a wonderful time visiting and catching up. I got some ideas for Christmas and just felt really good after seeing everyone. I know we always say this, but we really should get together more often. Maybe we should plan date nights or something. Of course I remembered to take my camera, but then totally forgot to get it out and snap some photos. Sorry. Hopefully we will be planning another get together later in the month when some out of town friends are in for the holidays. I will keep you all posted!!!!!

HELLO!?!?!?!

So, is anyone checking this blog? Why is no one posting anything? We need more updates. I am hoping to get more people's email address' at lunch tomorrow. This just seems like such a boring blog. Where is the excitement, the fun, the comments?!?!?!!? Not that I am that great (don't check my blog-hasn't been updated since October)!!!!

I hope everyone has a great holiday!!!! Maybe I will dig up some HS photos and post them, just for laughs!!!!

Christmas Get Together

Hey everyone we have a plan for our annual Christmas get-together. We are going to have lunch at ABC Mandarin in Roy on Sat. Dec. 6 @ noon. Anyone and everyone is invited. We always have so much fun getting together and catching up. So make sure you save the date!!!! We have tried to call everyone to let them know, but we don't always have everyones information, so if you think of anyone that would want to come let them know!!! We hope to see everyone there!!!!

Thanks for the dinner invite I had a great time. Here are some pictures of Makenna and Hope. Makenna is 2 now and everyday she says something to make us smile.

Every child is a miracle, and Hope reminds us each day how blessed we are to have her with us. During our 15 week ultra-sound it was discovered that Hope had a tumor growing from the base of her spine. It was uncertain throughout the pregnancy if she would make it, and we lived week to week hoping that her condition would not worsen. The prayers, fasting, meditation, and positive thoughts from friends and family helped support us throughout this ordeal. The surgery to remove the tumor and her recovery since that time have been nothing short of remarkable. She is healthy and happy which is everything we hoped for.

Getting together with High School friends

I have to tell you we had sooooo much fun last night hanging out. One of our buddies from good old Roy High was into, so we planned an impromptu get together at a resturant. Some of us had a girsl night planned to go to the movie, so everyone joined us........Chris and about 15 girls. Not too bad of odds, to bad we are all married. Sorry Chris!!! Some of us even spent a few hours after the movie remminiseing about the "good old" high school days. That is until our husbands called wondering where wer were at 1am. Thanks for the fun time guys. It was fun to see a everyone. We need to do this more often!!!!

Dinner Tomorrow

Okay...I know this is short notice, but anyone who is interested is invited to dinner tomorrow. We are meeting at Bajio in Riverdale at 7pm. Chris Greene is in town and we just found out about it. Please come and please start posting on this site!!!!!!

Family Photo

Hey guys....I figured since I asked everyone to post a family photo I should do the same. This isn't my fav (I still had tons of baby fat, but it will have to do for now). I have 4 kids. Payton-almost 9, Brewer-6, Evrett-3 1/2, and Birkley 18 months. I am still in Utah and STILL working at Convergys!!!! Can you believe that????

Here is a photo of our family at Disneyland in April of this year. And a photo of my little man Isaiah (2 1/2 years old) who we left with my parents for a week during our trip. He was completely spoiled. My girls will be turning 8 (Rachel) and 6 (Serena) in August. Ryan is "paying" his time back in the Air Force as a flight surgeon for a few years here in Mountain Home Idaho.

Thanks for setting this up and getting me up to date with technology. I am pretty good at emails so we will see how I do with this. It was fun getting to see you all I usually have to work so I miss out on the fun outings. I know there was a few of you that I have not seen since our ten year reunion. I think you are right that we have an amazing set of friends. I know that people at work are always amazed that we still see each other. I feel pretty lucky to be able to call you all my friends, and very grateful that I was lucky enough to be included in that circle of friendship. Hope we can get together soon.

I sent emails to those of you who gave them to me the last couple of times we got together, but I know I did not get every ones and there are people who weren't there. So, I need all of you to help me get this set up. Send me any email addresses you have that I may not, if I already have them then that is great......I'd rather get them twice then not invite people. Once it is going then we can all add posts and pictures and keep updated on each others lives. I am pretty sure there will be some of us who post often....and others who just spy and check the log, but don't contribute. Whatever works for you!!!

Welcome

Alrighty girls, I told you I was going to start us a blog so we can keep updated and each other. It is kind of crazy that there are so many of us that live with in minutes of each other, but we hardly ever get together. I know some people would think it strange that after so long we wold all still be freinds (it has been 15 years since we graduated) but it was always odd to everyone that we had such a big, fun group of amazing friends!!! So here we go....and I know some of you may not know what blogging is, but I am going to get you into the new genration!!!! (just kidding, I only recently was introduced to it)
